Information on I-SOMAS Constructs

The I-SOMAS instrument has 11 constructs with 60 items total. The constructs, their definitions, and the number of items in each construct are in the table below. For each item, the possible responses are a 7-point Likert scale with

1 = Strongly Disagree, 2 = Disagree, 3 = Somewhat Disagree, 4 = Neither Agree Nor Disagree, 5 = Somewhat Agree, 6 = Agree, 7 = Strongly Agree
